Quebec fine cheeses, nuts and dried fruits
Braised Quebec veal, mushroom sauce
Lebanese cucumber stuffed with Gaspé crab, dill yogurth
Green salad, vegetable shavings from the Coteau farm, truffle vinaigrette
Angus beef tataki, musketeer sauce with Goria pepper
Gingerbread with maple syrup, pear poached in mulled wine, melilot whipped cream
Clementine macaroon, dark chocolate, orange liqueur from Noroi distillery
